AI Platform is a hub for exchanging messages. Built entirely by our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What the product is for: a client writes in a messenger, in the chat on the website or calls \u2014 and all of it should land in one window, where the enquiry will not get lost and the first conversation starts straight away, without waiting for a free manager.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The assistant starts the conversation itself: it answers questions, clarifies what the client needs and leads the dialogue through stages \u2014 from gathering data to a ready enquiry. It does not just exchange messages, it picks suitable options and sends them right into the chat<\/strong> as a card with the details and the price.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

While the assistant works, the system builds structured data out of the conversation: what the client is interested in, what budget, what requirements. All of it is visible in a panel next to the messages \u2014 together with a history: which parameter changed, when and because of which client remark.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A manager can step in at any moment: they take the conversation over and carry on manually. Until they take it, no one can write, so that two replies do not go out at once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The assistant answers in several languages, and the interface is translated into five.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
