The company builds boutique premium buildings: at the time of our work these were the completed IN HAUS VERA development and BELINSKI, which was being prepared for sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They came to us with a working site that had stopped keeping up: it did not show the status of units the way the premium segment demands, and it was not set up for the changes<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>At a property developer, edits come in constantly \u2014 prices, terms, addresses, photos, statuses \u2014 and they are needed &#171;today, for the meeting&#187;, not in the next sprint.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n<div developments to it. As a result the next project is added without separate markup \u2014 that is how BELINSKI joined the site after VERA.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">Everything in fields<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>All the content was moved into fields: texts, images, terms, badges, statistics. and Georgian, with its own content and its own meta tags for search. The forms are protected from spam, but the protection loads only when someone starts filling in the form, so it does not slow down the hero screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Along the way we found and fixed an issue in the pipeline: after the spam check the form submitted by reloading the page, and the person could not tell whether the lead had gone through. The company runs it themselves: texts, photos, terms and unit statuses are changed from the admin panel.
