Supreme is a business-class residential development in Russia: three buildings, more than three hundred apartments. The team worked on the development’s site.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The development’s site is one long page: architecture and concept, floor plans, interior design projects, the neighbourhood’s amenities on a map, and a construction chronicle kept since the autumn of 2023.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The catalogue is not set apart on its own page but built into the site: it sits as a section in the middle of the page, opens in a modal from a floating button, and is called up from every «Choose an apartment» button with the filter already set \u2014 by number of rooms or by parking spaces. The visitor is never thrown out of the flow.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Apartment search starts from the master plan: on the render of the development you can see how many apartments are free in each building and how many rooms they have. From there it is the whole building or the filters, which include a choice by compass point: for a development overlooking the bay that is a reason to buy, not a detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The unit card shows the floor plan, the position on the floor, the building on the master plan and a map of the neighbourhood. Separately, it shows the same apartments on other floors with their prices: you can see that higher up is dearer, and by how much.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n
