Apart Development is a property developer in Georgia. The team took part in building the company’s site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The site holds four residential developments and more than a hundred apartments.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The apartment search is built layer by layer: first the development, then the building, then the apartment, and at every step you can see how many options are left. You can browse it visually \u2014 on a render of the building with the floors highlighted and on a floor plan of the building with the units’ statuses \u2014 or through filters by number of rooms, area, floor, completion date and finish type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The unit card shows the floor plan, the view from the window, a room-by-room breakdown of the areas, the floor, the entrance, the finish type and the apartment’s position on the floor.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The developer’s sales model runs without public prices: instead of an amount, the card shows a price request. The catalogue supports this, and separately from it a broker portal works for partners.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Four developments are gathered on a single site \u2014 trilingual, with a light and a dark theme. The visitor goes all the way from a render of the facade to a specific floor plan and requests the price from there: the developer’s no-public-price sales model is preserved. The apartment catalogue was built for us by the MACRO team. What mattered most turned out to be the flexibility. We changed the requirements more than once along the way: how to show the inventory, which fields to put on the card, how to present the purchase terms. Not once did it run into «that isn’t provided for».<\/em><\/p>\n
