Aulet Development Group (ADG) is a new construction company in the Kazakhstani market with international experience in building and selling residential and commercial real estate. Several major projects are currently underway: the Aulet Residence and Gardens residential complexes in Shymkent, and the Jambyl residential complex in Taraz.

The first thoughts about digitalizing the sales department arose when laying out plans for the coming years. The goal was to scale up, gradually increasing both construction volumes and sales. During the initial phase of digitalization, the objective was to improve the quality of interaction between managers and clients, increase the volume and quality of leads processed, provide more prompt consultations to clients, and select suitable offers for the properties being sold.

MACRO’s introduction to ADG’s management took place in 2022, and following the meeting, it was decided to implement MACRO’s digital products, specifically MacroCRM.
