Zhivi — a residential development site in Russia

Site of a residential development in Russia 🇷🇺: an apartment search by parameters and on the building plan, a card with the purchase calculation, and the developer’s terms and offers.

About the project:

Zhivi is a residential development in Russia. The team took part in building the site.

The home page is put together as a sequence of full-screen frames: the project, the location, architecture, glazing, landscaping, entrance areas, floor plans, engineering — instead of a long page of text, the visitor scrolls through the development like a presentation.

Choosing an apartment:

There are two ways to pick an apartment: with filters by number of rooms, price and area — or straight on the building plan, where you can see the floors, the entrances and the status of every apartment. Hovering over an apartment shows its floor plan and area without opening the card.

The card shows the floor plan and position on the floor, the discounted price, the monthly mortgage payment and the ways to buy: mortgage, instalments, trade-in. The apartment is reserved from there too.

Choosing a storage room is set up separately — by floor plan, with areas and statuses.

Location and terms:

For the location, a bespoke illustrated map of the neighbourhood was drawn — with the surroundings around the development, rather than just a dot on a generic map.

The terms of purchase are laid out across tabs: mortgage programmes with their rates, instalments, maternity capital, trade-in. Alongside them are the developer’s current offers.

Mobile:

On a phone the filters open as a sheet with a counter of the apartments found, and the card is adapted to the narrow screen.
