Case Study of Emerald Residence in Montenegro
Ergonomic spaces, resident-oriented infrastructure, high quality, and convenient purchasing—these are the principles of Emerald Residence.
The MACRO Agent’s Account feature allows developers to quickly organize a personal account on their website for agents accredited by real estate agencies.
Any inquiries submitted by an agent through this account go directly into MacroCRM and are assigned to a specific manager, provided they pass the duplication check. The MACRO system offers several ways to distribute agency inquiries among sales managers, and in the Agent’s Account (AA), you can even grant agents the option to select a manager (with a manager list generated according to the agent’s agency or the specific property selected).
Creating Agencies
For agents to work within the MACRO Agent’s Account, you need to create contacts for both the agent and the agency (for “independent agents,” you still need to create a legal entity contact, even if it has the same name).
You can create real estate agency contacts on your own—just add a new contact with the Legal Entity type and the roles Real Estate Agency and Accredited.
Creating Agents
There are three ways to add agent contacts:
— Manual creation
— Adding agents by the real estate agency director directly within the Agent’s Account
— Agents registering themselves
The critical aspect of setting up the Agent’s Account is the ongoing collaboration between the developer and the agency sales channel. After training, agents are responsible for submitting inquiries through the AA for further processing by managers. This is typically where collaboration may stall, because it falls on the developer to motivate agents to work through the AA.
Emerald Residence succeeded in enhancing the engagement of their agency sales channel and getting agents to use their personal Agent’s Account. This led to receiving over 50% of high-quality, targeted inquiries from agents that ultimately converted into deals.
