The entire inventory of two Serbian developments is open on the site — parking spaces included. A visitor compares options, saves the ones they like and sends a lead to a manager; the site runs in three languages.

Introduction:

NIKS is a property developer in Serbia. The team took part in building the company’s site.

The site covers two residential developments — NIKS Crnotravska and NIKS Residence. It is trilingual: Serbian, Russian and English.

How it went:

The site runs an apartment search across the entire inventory of both developments. You can choose with the usual filters, or visually — right on the image of the development or on the parking plan, where free spaces and prices are shown at once.

The unit card shows the floor plan, orientation by compass points, floor, area, price and completion date; the card can be saved as a PDF, added to favourites and compared with others.
