Introduction:
Evera Development is a property developer in the UAE. The client needed a demo site for their projects — fast and on a modest budget: there were two days for the whole thing.
The site covers three residential developments: each has its own page, and an apartment can be searched across all the projects at once.
How it went:
Meeting the deadline was helped by a ready template: the development pages are assembled from proven blocks, and apartment search connects to the developer’s sales system rather than being written again for each project.
The development pages are built to a single template: a cover with the key figures, an apartment catalogue, the project description, video, selling points, a gallery and floor plans. A new development is added using the ready template — that is how the third project joined the site.
Apartment search is linked to the developer’s sales system, so the inventory, prices and statuses on the site are the same as the sales team’s. You can choose an apartment visually — on the render of the building or on the building plan, where free, reserved and sold units are shown at once — or through filters by number of rooms, price, area, completion date and finish. There is a summary table across all developments and a map with the units.
The unit card shows the floor plan, interior renders, the area including the balcony, the floor, the entrance, the type of finish and the sales team’s contacts.
Leads from the site go into the developer’s CRM and are mirrored to a messenger. For agencies there is a separate entrance to the broker portal.
Result:
Three of the developer’s projects live on one site and are shown in equal detail. An apartment is searched inside a specific development or across all three at once, and a lead from the card goes into the sales system. The next project is added using the same template.
