Introduction:
Praktika is a property developer from Russia. The team took part in building the site.
The site holds eleven residential developments and about fifteen hundred apartments, along with parking spaces and storage rooms.

How it went:
The main task is to get a person to the right apartment in a few steps. A development is chosen from a list or right on the city map, then filters by completion date, number of rooms, area and price come into play, and identical floor plans collapse into groups, so that fifteen hundred apartments do not turn into an endless feed.
Once a development is chosen, the building can be viewed as a whole by floors or broken down floor by floor.

Unit card:
The card is not just a floor plan. You can view it furnished and unfurnished, switch to a visualisation, the floor, the master plan or the map, turn the compass and switch on the night view.

Below — a choice of finish with a surcharge and purchase terms: a mortgage with programmes and rates, trade-in, instalments, full payment. A storage room and a parking space can be added to the apartment. All of this is recalculated straight away into a final total, rather than remaining a set of figures scattered across the page.
The apartment is reserved from the card.
Result:
Eleven developments and about fifteen hundred apartments are put together so that the right option is found in a few steps — from the city map to a floor plan with a calculated purchase price, together with the finish, storage room and parking space. The apartment is reserved on the site.
