Mera — a developer’s site in Russia

A property developer from Russia 🇷🇺: each neighbourhood has its own site, while the apartment catalogue is shared. The choice runs from a render of the neighbourhood at the top down to a card with a branded floor-plan sheet and a compass rose, and agencies work through a separate portal.

Introduction:

Mera is a property developer from Russia: fifteen years in business, ninety thousand square metres and more than seventeen hundred apartments delivered. The team worked on the company’s sites.

Each neighbourhood has its own site, while the apartment catalogue is shared: it lives on the project site, and on the company site a separate agency portal works on its own.

Главная целиком: проекты компании, ипотека, ответы на вопросы покупателя и вход в кабинет для агентств.

Hover or tap and the site scrolls. ⛶ — open full screen

The whole home page: the company's projects, mortgage, answers to buyer questions and the entry to the agency portal.

Neighbourhood catalogue:

The choice starts with the master plan. This is not a diagram with arrows but a render of the neighbourhood from above: the buildings are highlighted in three dimensions and numbered, so you can see where a building stands, what is around it and how one building differs from another by location. The image moves and zooms — you can take in the whole neighbourhood or come up close to a specific building.

The second way is a table of every unit in the neighbourhood: number of rooms, area, floor, entrance, aspect, completion date and price, with sorting by any column and a floor-plan thumbnail in every row. For someone who already knows what they are looking for, this is faster.

All units as a table: sorting by any column and a floor-plan thumbnail in the row.

The filters are the ones people actually choose by: city, number of rooms, a standard or euro floor plan, floor, area, aspect, finish type, the building’s completion date and last-minute offers.

Unit card:

The card holds not a bare diagram but the neighbourhood’s branded floor-plan sheet: logo, total and living area, number of rooms, block section. This is the very image a person will save to their phone and show their husband, wife and mother — and it looks like part of the project, not a data dump from a table.

Next to it — a gallery of views, price, floor, entrance, the building’s material, completion date and finish. Below, in a separate block, the apartment’s position on the floor with a compass rose: you can see at once which way the windows face and who the neighbours on the landing are.

A lead goes out from the card, and from there you can also copy a link to the specific apartment, call the sales team and add it to favourites.

Agency portal:

The developer’s second sales channel is partners. On the company site there is a separate block for them and an entry to the portal: an agent registers on their own and passes the developer information about a client who wants to buy an apartment.

The portal runs under the company’s brand and looks like part of it, not a third-party service the agent was sent to by a link.

Result:

Five projects, each with its own site and a shared apartment catalogue. The person goes from a render of the neighbourhood from above down to a specific apartment — with a floor plan, price, completion date and compass rose — and leaves a lead from there. Agencies work through a separate portal.
