Promstroy — a developer’s site in Russia

Russia’s largest property developer 🇷🇺: fifteen hundred units across two cities in one catalogue. A person either filters on their own or answers three questions — and in both cases reaches a specific apartment. Agencies work through a separate portal.

Introduction:

Promstroy is Russia’s largest property developer: sixty-five years in business, more than fifty completed projects and two and a half million square metres delivered. The team worked on the company’s site.

Two cities — Russia, ten projects underway and fifteen hundred units in one shared catalogue: apartments and parking spaces.

Главная целиком: акции с банками, проекты с фильтром по району и сроку заселения, реализованные дома и новости.

The whole home page: bank promotions, projects with a filter by district and move-in date, completed buildings and news.

How it went:

Fifteen hundred units have to be narrowed down to one. The search is built as a filter: residential development, property type, number of rooms, price, price per metre, area and floor. The counter of matches recalculates instantly, the results sort by price and by area, and the same results can be viewed on a map of the city.

Search: filter, a counter of matches and sorting — apartments from two cities in one catalogue.

For those who would rather not deal with filters, there is another way in right next to it — three questions with ready answers and a phone number at the end. The person does not pick an apartment but describes the one they need; a sales manager takes it from there. These are different buyers, and they need different doors.

On a project page the building is highlighted right on the master plan of the neighbourhood, and from there you can switch to a district map — the person sees not an address in a line of text, but exactly where their building stands and what is around it.

The unit card shows the price, price per metre, completion date, floor, number of rooms and area, a description of the development and similar offers. The “Reserve” and “Consultation” buttons open a form with the unit already filled in: the sales manager does not have to work out over the phone which apartment was being discussed.

Agency portal:

The developer has a second sales channel — real estate agencies — and their entry point is placed right in the site header, alongside the sections for buyers.

An agent registers on their own and passes the developer information about their client. The portal runs under the company’s brand and looks like part of it, not a third-party service the agent was sent to by a link. There is password recovery and a direct line to support.

Result:

Fifteen hundred units across two cities are gathered into one catalogue. The person either filters on their own or answers three questions, and in both cases reaches a specific unit with a price and a completion date. The lead goes out linked to the unit, and agencies work through a separate portal.
